Suggest Remedies For Space Between Bones In Right Knee

I have injured my right knee two years ago. I have been to an orthopedist, but all he wants to do is surgery (no rehab even suggested!). Basically, there is little space between my bones, and he has told me that surgery would be the best option. I do not wish to have surgery, but am will to do exercises, or herbal medications to ease the pain. What can you suggest? Pam Crosby

Honestly. herbal medications or any other painkillers wont help if there is anatomical disorder. Surgery in such cases is minor and bring immediate relief so you should go for it.
