Suggest Remedies For Speech Impediment In Child

My daughter Mei is five years old, and still her speech is very latent. She makes a lot of noises that sound like speech, but her words are still very unclear. This has us worried because she is about to go to kindergarten, and we re worried about her social health with other kids. She s been going to speech therapy since she was three, but improvement has been very slow. Our three year old son has better speech than her already, and a wide vocabulary.

Speech and language improvement differs from child to child. The severity of the impairment and the consistent speech therapy program gives the prognosis of the child. The problem that has mentioned is not clear and I suggest to approach a better speech therapist who is qualified. All the best.
