Suggest Remedies For Spinal Cord Repair

I am 66 years old and very active, until the past three years, horseback riding, and worked as a tech in the medical field for over 30 years. In 1963, I had spinal fusion for scoliosis, ( no rods, only bone graft, from pelvic area) most of my spine is fused and the pain, and poor posture is leading me to look into laser spine repair. I also, per MRI, have stenosis, age related am sure, and I want to do the least evasive procedure, due to my age and do not want to risk infection. I work in home-care part-time, and time off won t be a problem for a few days vs. months, or weeks.. Should I consider even going in for a eval. on the minimum surgery?
