Suggest Remedies For Stomach Cramps, Cold And Body Ache

i suddenly became cold and had stomach cramps, no diahrea, now 7 hours later after sleeping, I am still cold, no chills, no stomach cramps, no fever, I do have a headach and generally body aches, no appetite. a little stuffy runny nose but no sore throat and no cough.

Hi,

Your problem can be due to gastritis. Taking antacid syrups will be helpful. You can also apply hot water bags on abdomen. If that is not helping then taking proton pump inhibitors like Esomeprazole (Nexium) will be helpful.
