* Post heavy meals stomach ache and discomfort can be best tackled with
- avoidance of a meal or supper
- avoidance of dairy fat, non-veg, junk foods
- consuming liquids in more quantities at various time intervals
- walking in fresh air
- pranayam and anulom vilom as YOGA and meditations

proton pump inhibitor as
omeprazole or
pantoprazole with sips of water on empty stomach

antacid syrup as mylanta or else 3-4 times a day if there is no simultaneous intake of cardiac drugs or else to prevent
drug interaction issue
- avoid smoking, alcohol if consuming
- manage to have sound regular sleep of 7-8 hours
- avoid sleeping immediately after meals or dinner
- keep your stomach empty by 20 % of the satiety level.
