Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Hard Stuff Accumulation On My Clitoris

im still a virgin and recently i have noticed that my clitoris is sore and a little swollen with sum hard white stuff on it that i can scrape off and there are a few dots in a straight line leading down to my urethra from it... it doesnt burn when i pee and i do not have thrush i know this because i have had it before do you have any idea what it could be and how i should treat it i have had it for a while and i does not seem to be getting worse?! please help
