Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

It may be trauma due hard food or attached food particles or pharyngitis. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet.moxikind cv 625 mg twice a day for five days. Use salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

If symptoms not improved please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
