Suggest Remedies For Swelling And Smelly Discharge Through Vagina

My vagina suddenly got very red and uncomfortable, it's swelled on one side and i can't feel it much. I have had oral sex but it only came up about a week after but the swelling will still not go down, i also get a smelly discharge that is slightly brown but it is sore when i try to clean it properly. I have been using Hydro-cortisone cream to help but it doesn't do much to relieve anything.
