Suggest Remedies For Swelling In The Ball Of The Foot

I have been diagnosed with a nueroma in my right foot, causing a rock in my shoe sensation. A steroid injection took care of that part, but the balls of my feet seem swollen all the time as though my socks are wadded up under there. Is there any remedy for this part?
