Suggest Remedies For Swelling,itching And Redness In My Feet

I am a 17 year old female. I was moving some storage around eariler and my feet started hurting really bad but i just ignored it. It got to the point where i had to stop and elevate my feet during which i noticed my feet were very swollen, itchy, achy, and bright red/purple. Less than an hour i relized my knees were the same color with a few little red bumps around the knees. And now my hands are fading in and out of pink and red and my left arm is kinda numb and tingleing. I need some advice on what to do.
