Suggest Remedies For Swollen And Painful Feet That Are Not Relieved With Medication

My boyfriend has agent orange and this month both feet have been so swollen he can hardly walk with the pain. I have soaked his feet in epson salt to try to reduce the swelling along with aleve or tylenol but nothing seems to get the swelling down.. He has been keeping them elevated too... Anything else I can do to help him ?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The best thing you can do is to send him to ER as soon as possible. As he had agent orange, then we should evaluate his kidneys, liver and heart if functioning properly. Poison department should send further. So send him to ER immediately.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
