Suggest Remedies For Swollen Ankles And Heavy Bleeding During Periods

Hi, I am having a very heavy menstrual cycle going on 14 days tomorrow. It gushes through my pants daily. Today I have noticed swollen ankles and my body is very achy. What can I do to make it stop. I made a doctor s appointment for Wednesday the 20th and they said to go to the emergency room if I can t wait till my appointment.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history menorrhagia then it demand the immediate medical attention to stop the loss of blood and better to see the doctor till then have bed rest keeping your leg in elevated position and have some vitamin C orally hope this information helps.
