Hello,

I can understand your concern. Having control over your blood pressure with medicines is very important as uncontrolled blood pressure may lead to complications.

I would advise you to discuss with your doctor if you can combine an antihypertensive with an antihistamine like Allegra (Fexofenadine Hydrochloride) so that blood pressure is controlled and allergic reaction stays under control. You should follow the advise of your doctor in this regard as he knows your history better and has examined you physically.

I hope this answer helps. Thank you for choosing HCM for your concern. I wish you feel better soon!

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
