Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

So sorry to hear about your problem and will try my level best to resolve it..

As per your complain swollen uvula can be due to infection caused by bacteria or virus leading to UVULITIS..
As you have a white tongue with sour bitter taste and soreness it can be due to fungal infection known as Oral Thrush that can be due to antibiotic and steroid script given to you for bronchitis of you are taking medication..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and he can do a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like microscopic examination of the scraping from the tongue and throat swab culture for diagnosis..
In case of Thrush you can be given antifungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash, Clotrimazole lozenges and also Oral Medication like Fluconazole, Itraconazole etc..

Any further questions are welcome..

Regards..
