Suggest Remedies For Tanned Skin On Forehead, Neck And Ears

Hi....I am 21 years old and I have a lot of than on my forehead, ears and back of my neck..... I lost all my fairness and I look unclean even after washing my face.......... I want to get rid of my tan, get a clean face and get fair like before.......... Can anyone please suggest me what to do and how to do it?

Only way to prevent tanning and further to cure it is to avoid sun exposure. Use a sunscreen lotion.
