Hi, i woke up this morning and realized i had swallowed a plastic ball from my tongue bar. Its been a few hours, but i have a weird feeling in my throat and chest. Its feels like i have a lump in my throat but ive eaten and drank since so surely it would have passed down? Also my chest feels slightly tight, what should i do?
