Suggest Remedies For Tightness In Chest Followed By Vomiting With Blood

yesterday i suddenly vomited with blood in it after getting a tight feeling in my chest. the feeling continued and i was extremely short for breath. i went to a&e but they couldn't find anything wrong with me. the sick feeling is still here and my chest still feels restricted. what should i do/what could this be?

I can understand your concern.
Tightness in chest and blood vomiting are seen with gastric ulcer and gastritis.
So you should definitely consult gastroenterologist and get done upper GI (gastrointestinal) scopy.
You may need combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide twice daily before food for 1 month.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
