yesterday i suddenly vomited with blood in it after getting a tight feeling in my chest. the feeling continued and i was extremely short for breath. i went to a&e but they couldn't find anything wrong with me. the sick feeling is still here and my chest still feels restricted. what should i do/what could this be?
