Suggest Remedies For Tightness In My Arm After A Fracture

hello i am 15, and i had broke my arm at the age of 13 so two years ago and i still have a bend in it and it does not turn fully, my doctor did not put any pins in it because he said it will straighten out as i got older. it is really starting to bother me cause i am wanting to get a job and start driving. so my question is, is there any thing i can do like exercises or does it just take time? or do is it done healing?
