Suggest Remedies For Tingling Of Ankles And Lower Back Issues

I have lower back issues and have tingling in the front of my ankle. What is causing this? I have been getting chiropractor adjustments and she keeps telling me to keep icing it. Some days I feel good and others the pain comes back. She never took Xrays of my back.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Issues in the lower back can cause tingling or other abnormal sensations in the lower limbs.
This is because the nerves for these areas pass through the vertebra in the lumbar region.

Xrays or other imaging would determine if there is any compression of the nerves of the spine.
An Mri would be the best imaging technique because this would show up both bones and nerves whereas the x rays would only show the bones.

You may need a second opinion to take a look at your back.

I hope this helps
