Suggest Remedies For Trouble In Breathing Through Nose
I have a 3 1/2 yo complaining of not being able to breathe through her nose and it hurting. So far when we try to blow her nose nothing comes out and her nose isn t running at all. She seems very bothered by this so was trying to figure out something that might give her relief since I know most otc medications aren t approved for her age.We do have the humidifier going in her room as of last night. I ve heard boiling eucalyptus leaves in your house helps with the congestion. Have you heard of this.
Since when she is suffering from breathing problem? Is there any cough or cold? Possible causes are like upper respiratory tract infection or adenoid hypertrophy or common cold. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. You may use flu cold drops according to body weight. You may apply little amount of eucalyptus oil on chest or under throat. Avoid air conditioned rooms. If symptoms not improved please consult with your pediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
