Suggest Remedies For Trouble In Speaking At The End Of The Day
My job involves alot of public speaking and alot o teleconferences wear i am the chairman. My voice at ttimes is almost completely gone by the end of a big day at work. I even used to be a good kareoke singer, now i struggle to even hold any pitch or note when go out with my friends. Any tips doc, a vitamen or something that will help?

Hello,
You need a stroboscopy test which will assess your voice. Only an ENT surgeon can do it. Avoid prolonged speech, high pitch voice, avoid whispering. Drink plenty of fluid. Avoid spicy food. You have to do speech therapy with a speech therapist.
