Suggest Remedies For Twitching Right Eye And Cheek With Fluttering Noise In The Ear

Right eye and cheek twitch. Right ear fluttering noise. Not all the time but occasionally throughout the day. Went to ENT. Found nothing wrong with my ear, said I had tinnitus. Prescribed 10 days of antibiotics, white pill for allergies, and Flonase. At night after spraying 2 sprays in each nostril of Flonase, my sinuses and eyes would burn to the point that I would pinch my nose to try to get it to stop. Also, the whole time I was using the spray, I had severe pressure headaches. All of that went away when I was off of it for about a week. Then, went to my optometrist who said I had mild papilledema in right eye. I have read that Flonase can cause this. It can raise intraocular and intracranial pressures and cause headaches. What do you think?
