Suggest Remedies For Vertigo When Diagnosed With High BP

I am manju das 49 year female I am high bp patient I take regular tab now my bp 135/77 . I had total utrase opration 1year ago.Few monts ago I fell sudden vertigo at night . I visited physician he told it is bppv and refer ent .but ent said after examie no problem in inner ear. He gave me some vertigo tab and exercise. But few days after I feel same. Every time when vertigo I feel gas on my stomac . sir now what should i do?

So there can be several causes of vertigo like an ear infection, BPPV, high or low blood pressure and sometimes cervical spondylosis. These all needs to be investigated in detail. Please discuss with your physician for these conditions.
