Suggest Remedies For Visible Scars Due To A Skin Disease In Past

I had a skin disease at the age of 5 which left scars but in my growing years the scars were not noticed by people around bt now i m 20 and my skin colour is lightning and the scars are being noticed by everybody its in areas surrounding my mouth. Please help
