Suggest Remedies For Vitamin D Deficiency
Hi I am Sachin and I m using chaini kahini about 10 years now i m infected with some skin decease that is continuously my body Vitamin D is decreasing and i also infected with sun allergy as per doctors advice. I have taken more than 4 top skin specialist opinion and every one suggested that i m infected with sun allergy. I m understatement from last 2 years but no one could make me perfect . Right now i have major problem on face,eyes ,Head and whole body in which eyes and head portion is much problematic for me. Please help me out .

Exposure to sunlight is necessary for vitamin D production, but it is not possible in your case. You can try gold quality sunscreen creams for the same.
For vitamin D deficiency, vitamin supplements like D3-600000 can be tried.
