I HAVE NEED TO GIVE MORE STRAIN WHILE TALKING.BUT WHEN I HAVE ANY COLD MY SOUND BECAME SMOOTH AND TALK WITHOUT STRAIN.SO I NEED TO WANT THE SOUND WHICH I HAVE WHILE THE COLD AND OTHER THROAT INFECTION.I AM SINCELY VERY DESSPRESSED DUE TO MY ACTUAL SOUND WHICH IS VRY BAD.

I will suggest you to give rest to your voice. Meanwhile, drink warm eater and avoid cold drinks. Voice will become normal in couple of days.
