General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted your history of vomiting, hot and cold flashes, stomach cramps after eating outside.
This is surely indicative of food poisoning or gastroenteritis.
I would advise you the following in such a situation;
Consult your Doctor, clinical evaluation about hemodynamic study, temperature, pulse and blood pressure charting.
Intravenous injections for Gastritis, vomiting, antibiotics, metronidazole.
Intravenous fluids.
Orally probiotics.
Anything else as symptomatic and supportive treatment.
Maintain fluid and electrolyte balance.
Stool and blood tests.
Avoid eating outside food.
Use boiled for 20 minutes and cooled water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, General Surgeon
