Suggest Remedies For Water Pocket Under The Skin Of Left Leg

I have a vaery large water pocket under my skin, and others forming on my right leg. I went to Doc in box today, he sent me for echo sound, great results (no clots) also all blood work came back great. However, I am breaking out with this on left leg.
