Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain it seems that due to getting injured with the toothbrush there has been laceration of the gum mucosa and there is formation of a Traumatic ulcer that is appearing as white sore with a dent..
It is painful due to inflammation and you need not to worry as it will get resolved gradually.
I would suggest you to start applying a numbing gel containing Lignocaine over it as it will reduce pain as well as ease in taking meals..
You can also take anti inflammatory painkiller like
Ibuprofen..
You can do cool water rinses as it is also helpful in reducing pain and inflammation..
You should take a
soft diet to avoid
injury to the area as it can further cause pain..
Brush the area carefully..
Gargle with alcohol free antiseptic mouthwash to prevent infection..
In case if it still does not resolve in a week consult a local
dentist and get evaluated..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
