Recently i recently under gone Sperm Analysis and the sperm count is good

Volume of 2.4ml
Morphology Result
Normal Sperm count is 3%
Abnormal sperm count is 97%

Basic Classification Result
Normal : 3%
Head Defects :91%
Midpiece Deffect :55%
Tail Defects :7%
Cytoplasmic Droplets 0%
How to increase the Normal sperm count

This could be due to oligospermia and underlying cause of this is very important because according this condition can be managed and for that you have to go through certain tests like ultrasonography, biopsy, and CT scan, and for these you need to see the urologist, hope this information helps, take care.
