Suggest Remedy And Diet Foods For PCOS With Irregular Periods

Dear doctor,i have pcos...policytic ovarian syndrome,and it worries M̶̲̅ε̲̣̣̣̥ a lot,i have been placed  metphormin and oral pills..i just want to knw if i can be free of pcos and also what kind of diet can i maintain to reduce occurences of anovulation and irregular periods.reduce the testosterone and excess facial and body hair.thank you
