Suggest Remedy Fir Ear Ailments

I had a bad sinus infection and after that I had a hard time clearing my ears when diving. Also, when trying to clear my ears, very often air blasts out of the tear duct of my right eye. I cannot blow my nose effectively, because the harder I blow the more air comes out of my eye.

Take nasal decongestant for 7 days .steam inhalation for 2 minutes 3 times daily for 7 days.avoid blowing nose forcefully ,it can damage tympanic membrane due to pressure. You can try Valsalva's manure (closing nostrils and mouth with handy then blowing cheeks)
