Suggest Remedy For 5 Fibroid Tumors In The Uterus

I have recently discovered I have 5 fibroid tumors in my uterus ranging from 11.8cm to 5.8cm I also need to loose weight. I was thinking of trying the HCG protocol but have been hearing of the potential adverse effect. Since the discovery of the tumors 4 months ago they have all grown a full cm. What suggestions can you give me?
