Hi , my husband is 32 and he is being diagnosed for Azzospermia recently. We have also done a small biopsy and the report is -fragments of testicular tissue show tubules of reduced diameter with thickened, heavily hyalinized walls.Germinal cell hyoplasia are seen.Foci of fibrosis are noted.no leydig cells are seen in the biopsy. After this the doctor advised us to go for big biopsy...please let us know if there are treatment for the above situation.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history of your husband.
As the semen analysis is showing azoospermia meaning not a single sperm is seen and testicular biopsy is showing tubules of reduced diameter, thickened hyalinized walls , germinal cell hypoplasia, foci of fibrosis are seen.

The reports shows that there is no chance of sperm production so just stop thinking about trying anything.

You may certainly think about adopting a child, as this is the only way to have a complete family.
