Suggest Remedy For DSAP
Hi. I am a 55 yr old white male and have been diagnosed with DSAP. Have treated topically with little to no results. I am looking for some type of oral treatment that might be out there that is not specific to DSAP but other skin abnormalities and could give us DSAP patients hope. Any ideas?

It is better to have a direct consultation. Topical creams may not give good results in few. Taking into consideration of your age, gender, extent and sites, treatment will be decided. For cosmetic purpose, laser can be tried, but some amount of scarring might remain. To start oral treatment, you need to consult a dermatologist directly.
