Suggest Remedy For L5S1 Disc Para Central Extrusion
I have L5S1 disc paracentral extrusion since 1 month. My only symptoms are tingling and numbness whenever I sit of more than 10 min or drive a car.Though even this is not too disabling but ony discomforting. Should I undergo surgery( MICRODISCECTOMY) or else what should I do?
