Hi, I just noticed a week ago a what looks like a blood blisster about the size of a pinhead just under the surface of the skin on the bottom of my foot in the middle of the ball of the foot with harder skin around it about three eigths of an in in diameter. I can walk on it all day but it is uncomfurtable.

Hello,

As per your case history, you are having pompholyx. My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply an antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily.
3. Take an anti-histamine medication like levocetirizine twice daily.

If the problem persists then consult a dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
