Suggest Remedy For A Bulky Uterus

I have a bulky uterus 11.2cm length,4.1cm in AP and 5.6cm in traverse diameter. I also have in the left upper endometrial cavity a focal oval echogenic structure measuring 1.1x1.0x0.5cm, what does all this mean? I ve also been getting my period every 9-14days, heavy discharge, severe pain, and find I can not empty my bowels completely.
