Suggest Remedy For A Cut Wound Between Groin And Inner Thigh

Hello...m I have a cut wound near groin(between thigh and genital area) 15 days back...which having no pain I neglected it and now there is another small cut is seen beside the earlier one... So wat medication should I follow to heal fast.....pls suggest.. Note: i have been working out in gym from last 2 months...and there is no pain n does wound never disturbed in my works..

Based on the facts of your query, as you have 2 unnoticed wounds in last 2-3 weeks,you seem to have got it while doing workin in Gym for last 2 mths time, and specially in last 2-3 weeks time.
As it has no pain or any infection,I would ask you see GP and
Get Inj.TT to cover for Tetanus,
Wound cleaning with dettol and keeping it dry by medicated OTC dressings for few days time.-2-3 days probably depending on the cut size of the wound.
Tab Motrin-400,
Tab Zincovit
This would help your cut wounds to heal fast.
