Suggest Remedy For A Dark Brown Patch From Shoulder To Chest

Hello, I have a dark brown patch running from my shoulder to my chest. I ve had this patch since I was 4 to 5 years old, but was not present at birth. I am a chinese female. I would like to know the term for this birthmark and see if its possible to have it removed. Thanks!

it might be nevus spilus or backers nevus ..it can be removed from lase but some pigmentation will remain
