Suggest Remedy For A Growth Deficiency

Past Puberty

Hi there.

I am a 16 year old male and I experienced puberty very early on. I stopped growing about 4 years ago, but I aknowledge that this may be as a result of genetics as my parents are fairly short people. But, is there perhaps anything I can do so that I could grow abit taller as I am reasonably short? Also my biggest problem is my voice. It broke very early on, but not entirely. Sometimes it is thick, other times very thin. How can I change this so that it remains permanently thick consisently? It is really affecting my outlook as a male and I dont make many friends as result. Please help
