Hi have lately suffered more from migraines related to my period, just before is like pressure in my head and can last the whole day if I do not take anything. Also my period takes three days to develop normal flow after spotting, I get ocassionally acne bumps and minor facial hair on my chin. I am 34, I think I consider myself in shape but my weight might be on the limit. I suspect is hormonal imbalance but i do not want to take pills, is there another way to balance my hormones in a more natural way
