Suggest Remedy For A Hormonal Problem

I am due a period over the next few days and have recently had a hormone test which shows my FSH at 3.7 and LH at 14.3. I've been diagnosed with PCOS - is this correct if I have not been tested on day 3? I don't have any symptoms at all. My testosterone results come through this Friday and apparently they are significant for further diagnosis? I'm very worried and confused, please help! Thank you.
