hAD SCIATICA, i T BAND SYNDROME AND BETTER FROM THAT. Still get knots tight muscle with knots in front of my rt thigh always.I am a Nurse for a number of years. I did lift a lot and fell and broke my left shoulder over a scale. Recovered from all except always was in rt leg now still remains rt thigh only all the time. Could that just be periformis . It stops me from working and in discomfort.Lets just say it stops me. I cannot walk fast or anything and cement does seem to make it worse when walking
