Suggest Remedy For A Lump Appearing Behind The Neck

Hi, so over the past couple days I ve developed swollen lymph nodes with the pain being more significant on my right side. Also, I developed a lump behind my left ear where my lymph node is. It was about the size of a pea. As of today, it disappeared but I discovered a lump about the same size on the back of my neck. It is immovable and is not sore. When I press on it it gives me a headache. My glands on my right side don t feel that swollen but are more painful if anything. So my question is whether I should go to the doctor and be worried or let it ride out for a few more days?
