Suggest Remedy For A Lump Between My Anus & Vagina

i have been to my doctors this morning as i have lump between my anus and vagina inside thats pressing out, this is fairly smooth does not move and is not painfull, he has refereed me to a syrgeon but wouldnt tell me anything.

what type of surgeon could this be?
