Suggest Remedy For A Lump On The Leg

I fell in shower and hit my shin bone on side of tub and now have a lump, didn't really bruise but there is a definite bump on my shin bone and it hurts a bit still, it has been over 3.5weeks, it has gone down in size, but is still there, will the lump ever go away, will my leg ever look the same again?
