Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your qu please can you help i have a sensation feeling that there is a lump under my right rib it feels like fluid at the start of the day it is sligh but as the day goes on it appears to get bigger making it diffucult when sitting i also have lower back pain and pain in my right lung area what can this be

Read and understood that you have feeling a lump under the right rib cage which you feel that there is a fluid inside.
While the day passes by, it becomes bigger and makes sitting difficult. There is low back pain and pain in right lung area.
From the detailed history your have provided this looks to be costochondritis and the causes are uncertain. All the three problems can be treated by proper clinical evaluation by a Doctor, anti-inflammatory medicines with painkiller properties like Ibuprofen or Diclofenac taken after food.
