Suggest Remedy For A Painful Lump In The Rectum

i have a pea like lump in the rectum painful and sore been to gp but due to pain gp was unable to check prescribe ointment but not hetting better no bleeding or any other symptoms please advise gp will see me again in 4/ days time but i an very worried

Hello
You mentioned that there is a lump IN THE RECTUM , you can't notice or feel any lump in the rectum until and unless it is bigger than a cricket ball .
So I think you are taking about lump on the anus , may be due to these possibilities, these include:
1 Fissure in anus , as this causes excruciating pain , so diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by a surgeon.
2 Hemorrhoids .
3 Frunculosis or pyoderma , diagnosis can be confirmed by physical inspection .
In my opinion without physical examination very difficult to diagnose .
Only pain killer will help and get an examination by a surgeon.
