General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to the injury of the testicles. I suggest using painkillers such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain. I also suggest using cold compresses for local application. I recommend to do an ultrasound of the testicles to exclude a testicular torsion.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
